Communication center is the data flow directing center. Its used to make communication  with Sub-control center remote Service seat and Local Service seat, Data and Commands distribution, Save incoming data from Gateway to Database, exchange data with Gateway, filtering alarm alert to different Service Seat. It assort with different Service Seat, different Gateway to work together. It supports to link multi Gateway, multi Service Seat.

Its main function includes:

-Maintain Online Service Seat List, Alarm Alert List
-Ensure data from Gateway forwarding and save correctly
-Save all alarm events alert and processing resutlts to database in purpose for further inuiqry or tracing
-Monitoring all communication data in realtime to avoid system possible errors.
